Founded by Chinese Americans, we are a strategic manufacturing hub located in the Deyang Industrial Zone. With specialized workshops for Stamping, Machining, and Varnishing, we cover 11,000 m² of factory space and a 3,000 m² modern office complex.

For over 10 years, we have mastered high-strength tensioning screws for aerospace and nuclear power stations. From generator yokes to magnetic poles, we serve as a high-quality, large-scale specialized supplier for the global power and automobile industry.

MANUFACTURING LINE

Based on the stamping parts manufacturing line consisting of 3 sets of 400-600 tons closed double-point mechanical press (produced by American VERSON), a large 1250-ton double-point mechanical press, high-speed CNC rotary automatic punching machine, automatic unwinding machine, deburring machine, intermediate frequency spot welding machine and automatic punching sheet coating line.

PRECISION & DETECTION

As well as a specialized production line for high strength, high precision elongated screw consisting of CNC centerless lathe, CNC rolling straightening machine, thread rolling machine, CNC lathe and other machine tools. In addition, our factory is equipped with modern detection system consisting of automatic magnetic particle flaw detector, silicon steel sheet insulation monitoring device, universal material testing machine, impact testing machine, high-precision testing platform, etc.

STANDARDS & OUTPUT

Providing us the capacity to produce stator and rotor punching sheets for various types of generators and motors according to the domestic and international standards, with extensive experience in hydro-generator components. We are specialized in High-strength tensioning screw (8.8 ~ 10.9) with dimensional accuracy, straightness and surface roughness in line with the quality requirements of international hydropower and electric equipment industry.

Becoming the supplier of over 10 big companies across industries, including: Shanghai Voith Hydropower, Andritz China, Tianjin ALSTOM Hydro, Zhejiang Fuchunjiang, ABB High Voltage Switchgear, Toshiba Hydropower (Hangzhou), and Chongqing Hydroturbine Factory.

We’ve successfully completed dozens of key projects, providing large-scale of stator core and rotor core lamination sheets as well as high-intensity high precision elongated fasteners:

Xiluodu, Yantan, Wudongde, Tarbela, Jinna, Shatuo, Xiangjiaba, Jinping, Son La, Cangxi, Bailong, Beach Pankou, KEHBO, Shawan, Ceiling, Da Kemin, Aksu, Kaqun Level 3, Pingfeng, Baki River, Barbara, Mingge Bridge, Nabang, and several thermal power projects (300k - 680k).

Our company has passed the qualification assessment of the Three Gorges Corporation to provide stator core lamination sheets with water-soluble insulating coatings and organic coating for Xiluodu Hydropower Station. We’ve also provided rotor core punching sheets for Jirau (Brasil) large cross-flow hydropower generator.
